Working in any painting medium (acrylic, oil, pastel) students should bring in something that is already started (and maybe needs some guidance) or begin a new project. Students will get very individualized assistance as they work on completing their vision. Drawing on many years of painting experience in a wide range of mixed media, instructor Diane Firtell will help each student get their image onto the canvas and work through any obstacles on to completion. There will be some group discussion to encourage experimentation and the use of a variety of materials.

(In the event that BAC has to cancel a class due to weather or facility emergencies, please note the pre-scheduled make up will be Tuesday, December 10. More information on our policies for cancellations can be found HERE.)

CLASS MATERIALS

Students should bring their own materials for the medium in which they plan to work.
