Design, carve, and stamp a unique bookplate! Looking at historic and contemporary bookplate images, students will create a unique design that can be used to mark your library of books for years to come. We'll learn basic linocut printmaking techniques - transferable to a variety of projects. This class will cover beginner level techniques but all levels are welcome to join in our printmaking community and create a shared project together. All materials provided. Each student will leave with a stamp, a series of bookplate prints, and an ink pad to use in your books at home!
(In the event that BAC has to cancel class due to weather or facility emergencies, please note the pre-scheduled make up date will be Saturday, January 25. More information on our policies for cancellations can be found HERE.)
