With snowshoes, cross country skies, or hiking boots, stroll the snow covered paths of Notchview, located in Windsor, MA, with local photographer Thad Kubis.

During the hike, we will photograph the snow using various white balance settings, polarizing and ND filters, as well as use the low angles of sun’s rays as they paint the snow with texture.

Film, digital, smartphones or tablets are all welcome. A tripod and warm clothing is recommended.

Students will responsible for paying site fees and/or parking fees associated with this hike upon arrival. Admission to Notchview is $2 per person (for non-Trustees members) and $0 (for members of The Trustees) during OFF SEASON times. In-Season rates begin in "early December" and dates/rates are TBD by The Trustees. More info about Notchview HERE.
