Day & Time: Saturday & Sunday, 10:00am-1:00pm
Start Date: July 9, 2022
End Date: July 10, 2022
Location: Citizens' Hall, Stockbridge
Materials List: See class description.
A rainbow of color is hidden within your garden flowers. Students will create a palette of plant dyed fabric swatches utilizing IS183’s dye garden, as well as foraged finds from the property. Expand your palette with modifiers, like vinegar, on your final project: a yard of silk. Foraging will take place near the start of class, rain or shine! Please be sure to bring comfy clothes and shoes you don't mind getting dirty. Rain jackets are encouraged as needed!
(In the event that BAC has to cancel a class session due to weather or facility emergencies, students will be emailed the same week of any cancellations with information on the scheduled makeup date. More information on our policies for cancellations can be found HERE.)
Each student (age 14+) is required to have a current Proof of Vaccination Form on file with BAC. Please fill out and submit a form prior to the first day of your class.
Beginning July 5, 2022, masks will be optional, but encouraged for students, staff, and faculty. Please review updated COVID Safety Plan HERE.
