Explore light and form together, creating standing, hanging or surface mounted lamp/sculpture from a variety of materials: Japanese and tissue papers, newspaper, acrylics, inks, and whatever found materials and fabrics that you bring and want to experiment with. While working on form you will be learning to wire your piece. Materials will be provided but feel free to bring your sketches, ideas, clippings.

(In the event that BAC has to cancel class due to weather or facility emergencies, please note a suitable makeup date will be selected by polling students for a majority vote. More information on our policies for cancellations can be found HERE.)

CLASS MATERIALS

A materials fee has been included in the cost of tuition and all materials will be provided for this class. Please feel free to bring any scrap paper you might like to try out!
