Bring your art to life with the wonder of live entertainment! This week we’ll explore the different ways that visual art is used in performances. Check out highly dramatic and one-of-a-kind performance costumes to inspire our own renderings. From artful instruments and fun, flashy outfits, to masks, accessories, and more — any piece is better with creative flair! This week, we’ll explore the artists and designers behind famous performers and shows. Using exciting new materials and technical elements, students will dive into projects, become inspired by pieces of music, dance, or theater, and a choose their own artistic inspiration for a final design incorporating all that they’ve learned.

Each camper is required to have a current Camp Form on file with IS183. Please fill out and submit a form for each child. Closer to the start of camp, you will receive an email with our Camp Handbook and additional COVID-19 Safety information.

The health and safety of our campers is our top priority. IS183 reserves the right to run this camp virtually in the event of COVID-19 cases rising or changes in state safety mandates.
