Human/Nature will take place at Chesterwood. In this 6-week class, we will experience drawing in Daniel Chester French’s studio from a live model (every-other class), drawing from nature on the grounds of Chesterwood, and explore an art history component into the life and art of Daniel Chester French's. Students will create a drawing or watercolor painting inspired by the studies and drawings within the Chesterwood environment, where human and nature come together.

A Site Fee and Model Fee has been included in the cost of tuition for this class.

(In the event that BAC has to cancel this class due to weather, please note the pre-scheduled makeup date for this course will be Tuesday, August 23. More information on our policies for cancellations can be found HERE.)

Each student (age 14+) is required to have a current Proof of Vaccination Form on file with BAC. Please fill out and submit a form prior to the day of your class.

Beginning July 5, 2022, masks will be optional, but encouraged for students, staff, and faculty. Please review updated COVID Safety Plan HERE.
