Digitally Designed Patterned Wrapping Paper — Nov 18

This class will utilize the Procreate app's digital drawing tools and graphic design techniques to create unique wrapping paper with repeating patterns!
The workshop will begin with a demo and informational walkthrough of the basic design abilities and tools available in Procreate. Next, students will learn how to simply create repeating patterns and adjust scale to design their very own, one-of-a-kind holiday gift wrap. Each student will leave with a digital file of their design and a physical roll of their customized glossy wrapping paper (30 inches x 6 feet) can be picked up approx. 10 days after the workshop. (Students will be notified by BAC staff when those are ready to be picked up).
(In the event that BAC has to cancel class due to weather or facility emergencies, students will be emailed the same week of any cancellations with information on the scheduled makeup date. More information on our policies for cancellations can be found HERE.)
Each student (age 14+) is required to have a current Proof of Vaccination Form on file with BAC. Please fill out and submit a form prior to the first day of your class.
As of July 5, 2022, masks will be optional, but encouraged for students, staff, and faculty. Please review updated COVID Safety Plan HERE.
CLASS MATERIALS
Students must bring an iPad with Apple Pencil or any other art stylus. Students must have the Procreate App downloaded on their device ($9.99 from the App Store).
The workshop tuition includes a materials fee for printing and shipping of a roll of customized glossy wrapping paper (30 inches x 6 feet) which can be picked up approx. 10 days after the workshop. (Students will be notified by BAC staff when those are ready to be picked up).
