Bundle Dyeing: Flower Prints on Silk — August 7

Using real flowers, create permanent, colorful prints on two 21”x21” silk neckerchiefs. Flowers and steam combine in a process called bundle dyeing to imprint abstract, watercolor-esque markings on silk. Students will be provided with two silk neckerchiefs to create two different color ways. Foraging will take place near the start of class, rain or shine! Please be sure to bring comfy clothes and shoes you don't mind getting dirty. Rain jackets are encouraged as needed
Each student (age 14+) is required to have a current Proof of Vaccination Form on file with BAC. Please fill out and submit a form prior to the first day of your class.
Beginning July 5, 2022, masks will be optional, but encouraged for students, staff, and faculty. Please review updated COVID Safety Plan HERE.
CLASS MATERIALS
A materials fee has been included in the cost of tuition and all materials will be provided.
