Let's spend a week dreaming up our own science fiction inspired adventure! Together we'll learn how to make wearable fabric sculptures that will transform you into another being or creature from an imaginary realm. Students will start by creating storyboards to illustrate their creative vision. From those storyboards, we will design and make costumes using soft sculpture and upholstery techniques. We'll then wear our character costumes as we bring our storyboards to life through a shared skit, a photographic zine, or a solo performance.
(No Camp Monday, July 4)
Each camper is required to have a current Health and Emergency Contact Form on file with Berkshire Art Center (BAC). Please fill out this form for each child that will be attending a BAC program. Closer to the start of camp, you will receive an email with our Camp Handbook and additional COVID-19 Safety information.
The health and safety of our campers is our top priority. BAC reserves the right to run this camp virtually in the event of COVID-19 cases rising or changes in state safety mandates.
Extend your child’s camp day with the following available options:
- Early AM Drop Off (8:30am): $40/week per child
- Late PM Pick Up (4:30pm): $40/week per child
- Both (8:30am & 4:30pm): $75/week per child
