Monochrome Mountains: Celadon Watercolor Landscape — July 11
Instructor: Jill Gustavis
Day & Time: Thursday, 6:00pm-8:00pm
Class Date: July 11, 2024
Location: Brothership Building, Pittsfield
Materials List: See class description.
A one-session workshop focused on the application of watercolors using just one color. In this class you’ll create a landscape composition using a dark green watercolor paint (or choose between dark blue, brown, or black). By not having to think about color, you’ll be able to better focus on getting the right shades or value, making this a great workshop for beginners and practicing students alike!
(In the event that BAC has to cancel class due to weather or facility emergencies, please note the pre-scheduled make up date for this workshop will be Thursday, July 18 . More information on our policies for cancellations can be found HERE.)
CLASS MATERIALS
Materials will be provided, but students may also bring extra brushes or supplies they’d prefer to use or a different color paint with which they’d like to try this technique.
