Trusting your inner voice, your heart and soul by shutting down your inner critic may be a challenge for some, but it is truly a special artistic practice. Creating an analog collage freely, without thought or judgement is a way for us to go into the unknown and expected. Our minds do so much work everyday, let's give them a rest and tap into our gut and our inner being. If you are a beginner or an expert collage artist, this class will stretch you and hopefully allow you to look at creating from a different perspective. Grab some magazines or books, a glue stick, some paper, and scissors and come with Darlene down this road of freedom.

Tiered Pricing

Berkshire Art Center is excited to offer tiered pricing for our virtual World Collage Day workshops in effort to increase access for all and ensure everyone can participate in the celebration of collage! Throughout the day, virtual workshops and events will be available at three ticket prices, with a limited number of sponsored spaces available to those who need them. Please pay what you can when registering to ensure that this pricing model sustainably supports all interested participants as well as our wonderful Berkshire Art Center faculty artists. Berkshire Art Center values making art accessible to all and supporting the artists who share their skills. Please thoughtfully consider your current income level (no proof required), the value of this class to you, and your ability to support a fair price for fellow community members in need.

CLASS MATERIALS

Participants will need magazines, colorful papers, books, 2-3 card stock or heavier substrate (any size), glue stick and scissors for this workshop.
