Abstracting the Landscape with Non-Traditional Drawing Techniques — Jan 6
Abstracting the Landscape with Non-Traditional Drawing Techniques — Jan 6
Instructor: Paul Chojnowski
Day & Time: Saturday, 10:00am-4:00pm
Start Date: January 6, 2024
Location: Citizens' Hall, Stockbridge
Materials: See class description.
Using charcoal, non traditional drawing techniques and time honored landscape compositions we will make abstract works on paper. Our goal is to create drawings that suggest natural forms, space and light, filtered through our interpretations of those compositions and our individual approach to the materials and methods.
This workshop will include a 30 minute lunch break at 12:30pm. Please be sure to bring food, as Berkshire Art Center is not closely located near anywhere to purchase lunch.
(In the event that BAC has to cancel a class due to weather or facility emergencies, please note the pre-scheduled makeup date for this workshop will be Saturday, January 13. More information on our policies for cancellations can be found HERE.)
