A figure drawing class working from a live model at your own pace. Each class begin with an hour of quick sketching, followed by one or two longer poses. An instructor will be guiding you during the hour of sketching, where we will be working with charcoal on large paper, exploring spacial relationships, shading, contouring, etc. Then you will have free reign, allowing the you to see where the inspiration takes you! This will be a fun and open environment for any artist, from beginner to advanced.

(In the event that IS183 has to cancel a class session due to weather or facility emergencies, please note the pre-scheduled makeup date for this course will be Monday, April 18. More information on our policies for cancellations can be found HERE.)

Each student (age 14+) is required to have a current Proof of Vaccination Form on file with IS183. Please fill out and submit a form prior to the first day of your class.
