Preserve the spirit of autumn on two 21”x21” silk neckerchiefs! Using fall foliage, create permanent, colorful prints to wear year round. Fall foliage and steam combine in a process called eco-printing to imprint markings on silk. Students will be provided with two silk neckerchiefs to create two different color ways. Foraging will take place near the start of class, rain or shine! Please be sure to bring comfy clothes and shoes you don't mind getting dirty. Rain jackets are encouraged as needed. All materials for this workshop will be provided.

(In the event that BAC has to cancel class due to weather or facility emergencies, please note the pre-scheduled makeup date for this course will be Saturday, October 8. BAC will prorate students for any classes missed due religious observation and high holidays on which classes are scheduled. More information on our policies for cancellations can be found HERE.)

Each student (age 14+) is required to have a current Proof of Vaccination Form on file with BAC. Please fill out and submit a form prior to the first day of your class.

CLASS MATERIALS

A materials fee has been included in the cost of tuition and all all materials will be provided for this workshop.
