This camp will explore the exciting and intriguing process of making models from multiple techniques and all sorts of materials. Starting from making wire armatures and building on them, to simple mold making processes, campers will learn how to use various measurements and scales to invite viewers into a believable narrative of their making. Once models are created, we will then learn how to use spray paint, acrylic paint brushwork, and making bases that will refine the models and bring forward rich textures within their creations.
(No Camp Monday, June 20)
Each camper is required to have a current Health and Emergency Contact Form on file with Berkshire Art Center (BAC). Please fill out this form for each child that will be attending a BAC program. Closer to the start of camp, you will receive an email with our Camp Handbook and additional COVID-19 Safety information.
The health and safety of our campers is our top priority. BAC reserves the right to run this camp virtually in the event of COVID-19 cases rising or changes in state safety mandates.
