Have you ever wondered how murals are created and how you can learn the skills to create your own? In this camp, we will explore the history of abstract murals and learn about picking colors and creating shapes to create a cohesive, engaging mural. We will start small to create a design for a mural that will permanently live at IS183's Citizens' Hall building. As a team we will plan and paint a large scale mural. You will leave with the knowledge and confidence to create your own public art.
Each camper is required to have a current Health and Emergency Contact Form on file with Berkshire Art Center (BAC). Please fill out this form for each child that will be attending a BAC program. Closer to the start of camp, you will receive an email with our Camp Handbook and additional COVID-19 Safety information.
The health and safety of our campers is our top priority. BAC reserves the right to run this camp virtually in the event of COVID-19 cases rising or changes in state safety mandates.
Extend your child’s day with the following available options:
- Early AM Drop Off (8:30am): $40/week per child
- Late PM Pick Up (4:30pm): $40/week per child
- Both (8:30am & 4:30pm): $75/week per child
