What’s in our backyard? During this fantastical week campers will use the backyard to forge materials to create a magical outdoor art feast. They will dig clay to create their own tea cups, pie dishes and plates. They will harness the sun rays to make sun tea and solar prints. They will look for source material to create sculptural centerpieces, candelabras and garlands. They will scout for local vegetation for natural dyes to color our own table cloths and napkins. At the end of the week we will be ready to “set the table” with our creations as we enjoy our backyard art feast.

Each student is required to have a current Health and Emergency Contact Form on file with Berkshire Art Center (BAC). Please fill out this form for each child that will be attending a BAC program. Please ensure you have your child’s insurance information ready when filling out the form.

As of January 2023, proof of vaccination is no longer required and masks will be optional, but encouraged for students, staff, and faculty. Please review updated COVID Safety Plan HERE.

The health and safety of our campers is our top priority. Berkshire Art Center reserves the right to run this camp virtually in the event of COVID-19 cases rising or changes in state safety mandates.
