Get mystical with the symbols and energies of colors and texture! Learn to embroider and dig into what the energies of color feels like to you. We will study and create our own narrative portraits based on the intuitive art of Pamela Colman Smith, the famous artist who created the images seen in the classic Rider-Waite Tarot deck. We will tune into the planetary gifts of our natal birth charts as we learn about our zodiac signs and allow the energies to bring us creative inspiration! We will translate these energetic vibrations into abstract painted portraits, embroidered fiber portraits, collages, prints and 3D creations. We will connect deeper with ourselves to pull intuitive inspiration from the collective consciousness to create! Led with love by professional art educator, astrologer and tarot master Amanda Hartlage.

Each student is required to have a current Health and Emergency Contact Form on file with Berkshire Art Center (BAC). Please fill out this form for each child that will be attending a BAC program. Please ensure you have your child’s insurance information ready when filling out the form.

As of January 2023, proof of vaccination is no longer required and masks will be optional, but encouraged for students, staff, and faculty. Please review updated COVID Safety Plan HERE.
