In this class students will learn a variety of raku glazing techniques. We will glaze our bisqued fired pieces during the first class meeting and fire our work in the raku kiln during the second meeting. Students will learn about oxidation and reduction firing and explore the raku process.

Each student (age 14+) is required to have a current Proof of Vaccination Form on file with BAC for this class. Please fill out and submit a form prior to the first day of your class.

CLASS MATERIALS
Students should bring four bisque fired pieces and a towel to this class. No clay purchase necessary. Please note pots need to be a minimum of 3" x 3" and a maximum of 8" wide x 12" tall.
